Your role as a Senior Compensation Analyst encompasses:

  • Supporting the development of long- and short-term compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Conducting complex analyses to design, develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.
  • Ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness through job analysis, wage evaluation, and incentive structures.
  • Providing expert guidance on job evaluation frameworks, job worth assessments, pay grades, and range determinations.
  • Leading the coordination and analysis of salary surveys to maintain competitive compensation packages.
  • Assisting in the planning and communication of annual compensation programs, including market positioning and salary review budgets.
  • Collaborating with HR partners and business leaders to deliver insights and analysis on total rewards.
  • Participating in compensation-related projects and providing detailed cost analyses and recommendations.
  • Monitoring trends, economic conditions, and best practices to recommend improvements and ensure legal compliance.

 

To excel in this role, you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field, with a preference for an advanced degree or certification in compensation (CCP or GRP required).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a compensation analyst, with a strong focus on job analysis, design, and evaluation in a diverse workforce environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and pay regulations.
  • Highly proficient in analytics, including advanced Excel skills, data visualization, and critical thinking.
  • Experience in Human Capital Management Systems (SuccessFactors is a plus) and a strong technical aptitude for using BI tools and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A structured, methodical approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement and standardization.
