    TREK (Talent, Rotation, Experience & Knowledge) Leadership Pipeline Program is Canfor’s 12-month project-based accelerated leadership program designed to grow a strong team of future leaders.

We’re on the hunt for high-potential mid-career professionals on the path to key senior strategic corporate leadership roles. If you thrive on bringing in different ideas, the status quo is a definite no-go, and “good” is simply never good enough, then this is a perfect match for you.

    Are you a strong leader who enjoys a good challenge and wants to learn more about our business? Taking part in the LEAP program will help you gain knowledge of our entire operation, from procurement to shipping, and prepare you to be the next exceptional leader at Canfor.

    Upon graduation, you’ll be placed in a supervisory role at one of our mills based on your interests and operational business needs.
