    Canfor’s industry-leading co-op program provides students with a 4- to 8-month immersive learning opportunity.

    Are you currently in university and looking to prepare for your future career? Every semester, Canfor hires students across all areas of our business to gain experience through our structured co-op learning program. When you sign on as a Canfor co-op, you’ll be paired with a mentor, collaborate with peers and immerse yourself in Canfor’s culture and work.

     

In this program you will:

   •    Earn valuable work experience 
   •    Benefit from a custom professional development plan and role-specific training
   •    Explore several areas of the business and regularly collaborate with your co-op cohort
   •    Build meaningful networking relationships as well as participate in Canfor’s MentorMe program
   •    Gain an insider’s perspective working at a global company
