The minimum starting pay is $21/hour + bonus opportunities; however, pay is negotiable based on experience. The hourly wage and bonus opportunities will vary based on position and shift.

This role is a permanent full-time position, working a rotating schedule on our second shift from 6 PM to 6 AM.
What you will do as a Boiler Operator:
- Set up, operate, and monitor the boilers to ensure they provide the correct steam and hot water levels.
- Regularly check the pressure, temperature, and water levels to ensure they meet the desired standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on the boilers to keep them running efficiently and address any issues as they arise.
- Adjust the boiler’s controls to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, including pressure, temperature, and any adjustments made during the process.
- Inspect the boiler system regularly to ensure it meets company and industry standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure that the boiler area is always kept safe and clean.
- Safely and efficiently operate any necessary equipment to support boiler operations.
Experience and skills that will help you stand out:
- Previous experience working as a Boiler Operator or in a similar role in an industrial facility is a plus.
- Good understanding of boiler operation and maintenance processes, along with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to monitor the boiler systems closely and adjust as needed to ensure top-quality results.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in hot and humid conditions.
- Experience operating industrial equipment, preferably in a facility setting.
