As the Change Management Lead, you will focus on the people side of growth, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. You will be responsible for creating tools, templates, and resources to create self-service models and lead change for transformational multi-year projects across Canfor. You will manage numerous stakeholders for large complex initiatives and gain strategic alignment for strategies from senior leadership. This is your opportunity to help build a change management office from the ground up!


You have already built and directed change in a multitude of complex projects and you continuously show up with sky-high energy, ready to seize new opportunities. Pulling from the knowledge you’ve accumulated from previously leading a change team or internal change management office, you will take a hyper-proactive angle to your work and coach partners, team members, and leaders within Canfor. You will use your fantastic communication skills to consult, manage and engage with internal stakeholders, and your complete understanding of the tools, methodology, and models used to facilitate transformation, will ensure you fit right in. 


Ideally, you have a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent experience in Change Management. A Prosci Change Management Certification or certification would highlight your application.
