Billing Administrator (Co-op)

Meticulous with detail, you cross your t’s and dot your i’s. You work well in a team and you handle fluctuating work volumes with ease. When someone asks you to locate a document… no problem! You just check the alphabetized, color-coded, spreadsheet you created, and they’ll have your “word” you will find it.

 

You may not have a full circus act, but you’re pretty good at juggling multiple priorities. You strive for perfection and are confident in your ability to perform reconciliations and complete sales and invoice adjustments. White-Out is not needed in your toolbox as you have a strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy of all documents including billing and credit processing.

 

Ideally, you have a minimum of two years completed in a Business Administration degree in a Finance or Accounting program. You’ve also already mastered Microsoft Office and have strong PC skills. Previous office or accounting experience would “highlight” your application.
