Account Executive, Pulp and Paper Customer Care - 12 Month Contract

As the temporary Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer relations and requests from global markets. You'll be at the forefront, interacting with customers, agents, and overseas offices, finance, mill operations and supply chain- managing customer requirements including capturing customer demand requests, processing orders, tracking orders, managing order changes, and dealing with feedback/claims. Your exceptional skills and dedication will be the driving force behind creating memorable interactions and forging lasting relationships with our valued customers.

 

This role is a 1 year contract, with the possibility of extension.

 

A day in the life of the Pulp Account Executive include:

  • Working with Sales/agents/customers/overseas offices to manage customer forecast and orders
  • Working with cross-functional teams to monitor order status and track on-time shipping and delivery
  • Processing documents and claims
  • Validating and updating customer chain of custody certificate records in system

 

For this role, come equipped with:

  • University degree or diploma in sales and marketing related fields (Supply Chain/Transportation)
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of pulp production process and global markets

 

Ideally, you are proficient with Microsoft Office products and have worked within an Enterprise Resource Planning system (preferably JD Edwards, Enterprise One). For bonus points, you also possess knowledge on the order life cycle of different order types.

The salary range for this position is: $61,600.00-$75,000
