As the Human Resources Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration.

 

As the Human Resources Specialist, you will:

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for hourly and salaried staff
  • Administer hourly benefit programs and coordinate job postings and hiring activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with documentation standards
  • Provide administrative support and handle confidential HR correspondence
  • Coordinate employee engagement events and participate in internal committees
  • Triage and resolve HR-related inquiries in collaboration with internal teams
  • Assist with testing and implementing HRIS system enhancements
  • Communicate effectively with employees, candidates, and cross-functional teams

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using HRIS systems and managing employee records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
