As the Engineering Coordinator, you will perform a wide range of administrative support and reporting duties for multiple pulp mills in Prince George, BC. You will support the Capital and Engineering programs to meet internal and external customer demands.

 

You like to ensure that everything “adds” up which will prove useful as you provide administrative support for all capital documentation. You will review, organize, file, and track approval paths for all capital documents and will schedule capital meetings, create agendas, complete notes, and assist with board presentations. Relish a work-life balance in this newly created hybrid role as you enjoy a four-day workweek.

 

Ideally, you have multiple years of experience in office administration and strong proficiency in MS Office programs. Former editing experience (technical documents, engineering specifications, technical reports, or similar documents), and/or post-secondary education in English, writing, or editing would “underscore” your application.
