Canfor Pulp is currently seeking summer students to join our amazing team for the 2025 Summer Term from May 20th, 2025 to August 31, 2025. We are looking for candidates who are interested in a growth opportunity in a production environment who will train in various areas of the mill site. Could we be looking for you?
You are a self-starter with a positive attitude. You analyze, troubleshoot and can work safely and efficiently. You have effectively mastered the art of interaction and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The Role:
- you will be working in the warehouses and assisting with inventory management.
- Daily duties may include, sweeping floors, shoveling wood chips, and cleanup.
- There will also be some heavy lifting involved while working on the production line
- Shift work is part of the gig and you must be able to work in an environment that may include exposure to dust, weather, chemicals, moving mechanical parts, and noise.
To be eligible to apply, you are attending an educational institution full-time during the 2025 academic year and are registered for a program that leads to a recognized degree or diploma. To stand out from the crowd, be sure to highlight your previous industrial work experience.

The hourly rate for this position is: $34.72
