In this part-time, paid internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting the movement of products from our U.S. manufacturing and reload facilities to customers around the globe.

 

As a Logistics Intern, you’ll be immersed in real-world logistics operations, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills in transportation planning, supply chain coordination, and systems management.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support shipment scheduling and resolve logistics issues to minimize business impact.
  • Manage equipment allocation, freight rates, and routing in the TMS system.
  • Track order progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors to coordinate logistics.
  • Assist with reporting, invoice processing, and vendor account reconciliation.
  • Cross-train in logistics functions and provide backup support as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Supply Chain, Logistics, or related program.
  • Strong understanding of process management and continuous improvement principles.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
