Production Worker

The hourly wage and bonus opportunities will vary based on position and shift.

The Opportunity:

As an important member of the sawmill Warehouse Team, the successful applicant will be an energetic team player who will assist with the tracking, organizing, ordering, and maintaining sawmill parts inventory at our Iron Mountain Sawmill in El Dorado, AR.         

What you will do as an Warehouse Clerk:

·         Assist Millwrights/Electricians with finding parts in the warehouse

·         Keep parts room and work area clean, organized, and safe

·         Manage inventory counts as required

·         Administration of inventory purchase orders, requisitions, and transfers

·         Help coordinate shipping/transfer of parts to other mills

·         Daily filing of purchasing documentation

·         Additional administrative duties that support the warehouse team

Experience and Skills that will help you stand out:

·         Forklift experience for unloading parts from freight trucks and moving parts in warehouse

·         Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new programs

·         Exceptionally organized and courteous

·         Ability to work both independently and in team environments

·         2-5 years of experience in an industrial setting, maintenance environment preferred

·         Previous parts person/buyer experience would be an asset
