You’re an outstanding negotiator who communicates with ease and easily prioritizes  your tasks and assignments. You handle conflict efficiently and operate collectively with your peers. You’re an excellent leader with strong communication and project management skills - why “wood’nt” we want you?!

As the Harvest Supervisor, you will work directly with the Log Purchaser and will oversee all activities associated with harvesting with a focus on Purchase Wood Operations for one of the largest and best-managed forestry companies in the world. In a perfect world, you have a University Degree or Technical Diploma in Forestry or Natural Resource Management along with knowledge of applicable BC legislation and policies. Bonus points if you have experience across a spectrum of forestry work, and are comfortable forming positive relationships with suppliers, Indigenous communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Bonus-bonus points if you are a registered Professional Forester and/or a member of the A.B.C.F.P.
